The Auburn University Sports Surface Field Lab is our primary turfgrass research facility. Located at the corner of Shug Jordan Parkway and South College Street, the Field Lab is a 20 acre facility with research on all major turfgrass species grown in the southeastern US. With diverse research applicable to lawn care, sports, and golf course management, the Field Lab is a hub for both southeastern turfgrass research and education.
